Joe Mallo explained everything and made sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. He also made sure I had all documentation needed on the house befor hand so that things on our end were ready for a buyer. I was out of town most of the time but he kept me in the loop and called frequently. The photos and marketing of my house were fantastic. He is wonderful. Full disclosure he is also one of my best friends however selling a house could rip a friendship apart but not so here. He was honest and upfront and always made sure I knew the good and the bad. He is a fantastic realtor!
