“Jess is a one of a kind Realtor. Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process. Jess helped me understand what needed to be done in order to qualify for a house loan, and then started the process of looking at houses. We looked at multiple houses, and he assured me, that if I did not like the house to tell him and we would move on to the next. He knew I wanted the “WOW” factor when I was looking at houses. With my crazy work schedule Jess was very flexible on looking at houses, and getting ahold of me. Once we found the future house, Jess did everything in his power to try to get the best deal we could get on it. His professionalism throughout the waiting period was very reassuring. Having never been in this process before, I was more than worried that something would go wrong. Jess assured me over and over that everything was going the way it should be going.
