“I recently purchased a home in the Sheridan area. I cannot begin to say enough about the agent who helped me find my new home. I was not living in Wyoming, so the prospect of finding and choosing the right property was not a simple venture. Searching through listings, I came upon several that were offered through the same realtor and looking through all of the faces of the agents, I randomly made my choice; Kim Hall. Kim responded to my query immediately and then we began our quest. This was not an easy search, because I had an exact thought in mind and what I wanted just wasn’t out there. Kim and I went back and forth for more than a year until finally, I felt there were enough possibilities to go for a visit. Kim had everything ready and lined up. Nothing panned out though and it took another round of houses until I found something pretty close to what I wanted. It turned out that the second trip fell in the middle of the summer festivities, but Kim made sure I was welcomed at the office BBQ where I was treated like a member of the family. Buying a home from out of state and not being able to run around the corner to check on a measurement or how the property line falls in the back yard is a bit tricky. Kim was there to run and check on things, she was at the closing for us, she was out at the house when repairs were needed or a contractor needed to be let in. Kim would call on her weekend, while in the middle of a family event, just to let me know that something had worked out or that it would fall into place on Monday. Kim was on top of everything.
